How does it work?

I create impactful, easy-to-navigate learning experiences that give your employees the tools to hit goals. 

 

From project scope through design, development, and delivery, I support the full instructional design process from start to finish. I bring creativity, innovation, and a keen knowledge of teaching and learning principles to every project.

I apply ADDIE and Backward Design theory to each learning experience I create. It's my goal to design and develop a learning experience that sets your organization up for success.

The Instructional Design Process

Needs Analysis

During our initial conversations, we will target learning gaps to help identify training needs.

Design

After identifying the learning objectives and training modality, I will work alongside the designated subject matter expert (SME) at your organization to begin the design process.

Development

Once the framework for the training is ok'ed by you, we move to development. While each project is different, usually there is a first draft, second draft, and final product. 

Implementation

Your training is ready for rollout!

You will receive a copy that allows for direct distribution to your learners, and/or can be uploaded to your workplace LMS.
